By now, I’d hope you all have come to understand that I’m obsessed with bold colors. As soon as I spotted this skirt, I knew we were meant to be together.

The color and texture of this bomb skirt is definitely the focal point of this look. I had no clue as to what blouse or jacket looked best with this bold skirt. It was quite intimidating, honestly. To be safe, I chose to keep it pretty neutral with my brown sandals and black lace tank top from Kohl’s because, of course, neutral pieces pair well with almost anything. The jean jacket from H&M allowed me to a more casual vibe to balance out all that lace-y texture.

Shoe Deets: Looking for inspo. on how to style your large size stilettos? I paired this outfit with almost flesh tone brown strappy stilettos. When I initially found these to come in large sizes, I was so excited. Unfortunately, these Chinese Laundry sandals are very uncomfortable, even with the platform. They’re so stiff and the back zipper is awkwardly placed, so it really irritates the back of my ankle. I do like the look of these; however, I would not recommend them if you’re looking to actually walk. BTW, they are in a size US 11.
